I designed this logo to be more than a brand, it is a reflection of what I believe and what I want this business to be rooted in.
The name “Rooted” comes from a desire to build something that is steady, grounded, and deeply planted in God. Not surface level. Not fleeting. But something that grows slowly, intentionally, and with purpose.
You’ll notice the botanicals woven throughout. Each piece was chosen with meaning.
The olive branches represent peace and promise. A reminder that the Lord is faithful, even in seasons of waiting, and that His covering is constant.
The mustard seed florals are small, but they carry so much weight. Faith does not have to be big or perfect, it just has to be present. Even the smallest faith can grow into something strong and unshakable.
The almond blossoms are known for being the first to bloom. They symbolize watchfulness, new beginnings, and God’s timing. A reminder that He is always at work, even before we see it.
And at the center, the cross. Because none of this exists without Jesus. He is the foundation, the source, and the reason behind it all.
My heart behind this business is simple. To serve people well, to capture what is real and meaningful, and to create something that lasts. Not just beautiful images, but moments that are rooted in love, connection, and truth.
This is more than photography to me.
This is something I’ve prayed over, grown through, and trusted God with every step of the way.

Photography was actually my very first business when I was about 14 years old.
My faith is the biggest part of who I am and the heart behind this business.
I love natural light, genuine smiles, and capturing the in-between moments that make life so special.
Rooted Photography Co. was created to capture meaningful moments and tell the stories that matter most; whether that’s a growing family, a graduating senior, or a business owner building something they love.
If you ever feel awkward in front of a camera… don’t worry, most people do! And honestly, so do I, that’s exactly why I’m the one behind it ;) My goal is to keep sessions relaxed, fun, and natural so you can just be yourself.
I serve families and businesses throughout Macomb County, St. Clair County and the Metro Detroit area.
